Ahh.... it feels good to see the Billboard R&B charts page this week online, http://www.billboard.com/bbcom/charts/randb_hiphop_index.jsp scroll down and see Mint Condition as having the number #1 Billboard Recurrent R&B song AND Recurrent Airplay song in the country.
"Nothing Left To Say" is also holding steady at #12 on the Adult R&B charts after 34 weeks (8 and a half months!)

15 years ago TODAY, U Send Me Swingin' was sitting a #2 on the Billboard R&B charts. It would sit there for FOUR weeks straight and was only behind another song which was sitting at number one for a while. Can any of yall MCC heads guess what song it was??? I'll give you a clue:
"MY MINDS TELLING ME NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!....."
But yeah, that's just a little fact for y'all. Once Mint moved to number #5 after the four weeks, Jodeci's "Feenin" moved to #2, while "MY MINDS TELLING ME NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!....." ... was still #1 spot. lol.
Time flys by, doesn't it?? 15 years has passed by since "U Send Me Swingin'" and Stoke, Lawrence, Jeff, Odell & Rick are STILL R&B hitmakers.

Soul Sessions on BET Jazz channel counting down on Fridays drop MC video out of the count down this week. 1# was Robbin Thicke "DreamWorld a bluesy song. nice track, Glad that the Guys made it to 1# billboard its time for another hit song. hurry up Guys!
Its great the fellas have a number one song . Its fantatstic that "E-Life" by Mint Condition has been in the top 100 R&B/Hip-Hop Albums for 44 weeks! That is nearly a year! Its an amazing feat, too.
