I resolve to get serious, again, about exercise so that I will lose more weight. I am trying to get back into a size 6, and I am almost there. OK, don't freak out...I am only 5 feet tall! HAHAHAHA!!

I try not to make these as people rarely follow thorugh

That is a great resolution. Sometimes, cuss words sprinkled in a long answer help to accent your point, but if you use a barrage of cuss words your meaning becomes pointless.

I am a intelligent person but kinda short fused, no nonsense
However I may pepper some sentences with unnecessary cussin LOL
I have already cut down a lot and a I have a friend at work helpin me :)

That is great you have someone working on it with you. When I was doing the 10,000 step challenge at work, none of my at work friends were committed to doing it. I had to do it alone. I am down to a size 7, but I want to lose a little more weight to be heart healthy.

my res. would be to take one day at a time and to be thankful for the things that the Lord as blessed me with, i have truly come a long way from where i used to be and a great testimony to back me up,regardless of what comes ahead in the new year to push forward from those things that would seem to bind me, mcc(all of you) are truly friends of mine i always tell people you never know how you affect someones life and you guys have and are a great group of people and i'm pleased to be a part of this positive mint community!!!! I've been in a state of resolution all year. I've lost weight 28 lbs, I'm finally divorced never been on my own actually since I was 18 years old, Career change, changed a bad habbit of being late (consistent for 1 year) more organized with finances I'm now making less but have more money to spend. My resolution this year is just to be truthful to myself and keep resolving.....to get better and better. I know it's corny but it's true.
